Kenz Residency Hotel - Kochi

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIP guests. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and they even helped us with our luggage. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and near the metro station, which was super convenient. Despite not having a restaurant on-site, there were plenty of options nearby to satisfy our taste buds. The room itself was small but very clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a lovely hot shower. Plus, the free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus. The best part was that when we accidentally left our camera behind, the staff kept it safe for us until we returned - that kind of honesty and responsibility is truly commendable. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic stay. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I'm a picky traveler!

Food was good and I have nothing but quite comfortable memories from this trip. Generally the service was excellent, the room was neat and surprisingly spacious with AirCon and laptop, for example. Really enjoyed the comfortable decor of the room.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The rooms are nicely furnished and modern, with fans and laptops provided, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms here are well-kept and have cozy beds plus smoke detectors for safety. the price is reasonable at around $1108. 👌

The standard double room with three beds was convenient and within walking distance from a railroad station.

The location is prime and comfy, just 2 miles from Bolgatty Palace. There is a subway station next to the hotel, perfect for us. - the rooms are well furnished and beautifully maintained. - Free wifi is available. - Our experience at Kenz Residency has been pleasant.

Found an affordable and modern room with Wifi, situated near shops, cafes, a Metro Station, and shopping malls.

The staff welcomed us warmly, provided excellent recommendations, and the atmosphere was peaceful; the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable.

There were a few issues during our stay, such as the intercom in the room not working and the hot water not being available in the bathroom. the TV in our room was not functional.
